Twelve weeks of disciplined attention closes that gap.
The structure is six coaching sessions across twelve weeks, with fortnightly accountability check-ins between. Sessions are where the thinking happens. Check-ins are where the commitments hold. Together they create a rhythm that most senior roles do not give you on their own, a regular place where the standard you set for yourself actually gets honoured.

Honest baseline. Where you are, where you want to grow, what the real challenges are, what's been in the way. This shapes everything after.
Six sessions over twelve weeks
Fortnightly, ninety minutes each. Content led by what you bring; structure is mine. We push, we examine, we decide what you'll actually do before the next one. Accountability held in-session.
What this is not
A fixed curriculum with pre-baked topics per session. Your life is your agenda. My job is to make sure the work moves forward between the sessions, not just during them.
